We recently had an amazing and fun cooking class experience with Chef Mimi for one of our project closure party at Minneapolis. It was my first time making pasta from scratch and it turned out to be really good!! 😋 We also learned to make alfredo sauce and marinara alongside the pasta making experience. Chef Mimi was very jovial and at the same time very clear on the instructions for cooking. I’m definitely gonna try making this at home! 😉

I really enjoyed learning to cook Pad Thai! I didn’t know what to expect before the class but I was very pleased of how it all turned out. My hubby and I enjoyed meeting new people and chatting while cooking. It was a great experience overall 👍

Our multi-generational family of 13 hosted Mimi for a cooking class. We had the best time with her. She very patiently helped all of us be successful pasta makers! It was a real joy to watch her conduct the class, keeping everyone engaged making salad, salad dressing, frying chicken, slicing and dicing, cooking noodles and ravioli all at the same time. It was our first time, but she got us all working together, teaching and encouraging at the same time. It was like a ballet. We were all on our toes ready for more direction from our conductor. Thank you Mimi for an unforgettable experience! ♥️

I had such a great experience at Mimi’s Ethiopian Cooking Class! The Gomen dish we made was absolutely delicious — fresh, flavorful, and comforting. Mimi does an amazing job explaining each step and sharing the cultural background behind the food. You can really feel her passion for Ethiopian cooking in the way she teaches and presents each ingredient. The class was fun, relaxed, and easy to follow, even for beginners. I left feeling inspired to try more Ethiopian recipes at home. Highly recommend for anyone who loves good food and great energy!
